I’ve been working with Coach Waxman for a while now and he’s been a massive help in improving my cadence, form, efficiency, and overall speed while running. He analyzes my form, identifies areas that can be improved, and helps me correct them, using drills to train my body to move in a certain way. Most importantly, he explains why such improvements will benefit me, and often employs metaphors to help illustrate the concept in my mind.
He’s a fantastic coach, doesn’t overload you with information, and always makes sure to point out the things you’re doing right.
Especially during these difficult times, Coach Waxman has been instrumental in the continuance and improvement of my training.
