We will reimburse you for the full price of the product you ordered, provided the item(s) purchased are returned in the quality in which they were sold. All items must be returned in a new, unused and ready-to- sell condition (including all original packaging, products, and paperwork) to receive a refund.

Product Exemptions: We do not refund downloadable titles such as downloadable DVDs. We do not issue refunds on any services (workshops, retreats, etc) once they have been provided.
