Switzerland-based instructor, Constanza Lisdero says she was never into running as a kid or young adult although she used it to warm-up for other activities. Despite an extremely active life-style that included sailing, hiking, biking and rock-climbing, an easy, pain-free run beyond 3 miles eluded her.
Her frustration with running compelled her to take up competitive swimming in an effort to work her way up to running. Still dissatisfied, she turned to the internet. A search for “good running mechanics”, led Constanza to a ChiRunning workshop. Once she learned the technique, running became unbelievably easy and effortless – at any distance, even marathons!
With running no longer feeling like a chore, Constanza was inspired to help others run easy and pain-free as well.
