Hi,
…I am a beginning runner who just recently ran the Big Sur 1/2 marathon. I was able to use the basic methods of alignment to lessen the pain during the run which helped me get across the finish line in 3:09…
I know that is a pretty uninteresting time, but the fastest I had ever run that distance was 3:28…Now I know this is pretty ho hum stuff compared to the runners that have crossed Mr Dreyers path, however it’s amazing to me. My husband who is not a runner but holds 2 black belts, in 2 different martial arts said this after the seminar. “He’s a gifted blackbelt.” I replied “How do you know he’s got a blackbelt?” My husband explained that a true blackbelt was a “teacher.”
Thanks much.
