I received your book ChiRunning. I will be running my first marathon in June.
I cannot put it down. I am so excited to learn about ChiRunning. I have been running about 6 years, but only about 3 miles, 2-3 times a week. I love how I feel after my runs, but I dread the beginning and middle of my runs. This has given me a whole new idea of how I am supposed to be running, and I am only on the first chapter, everything suddenly makes sense!… I will get back to your book now.
