ChiWalking Clinic in Central Vermont

During your 3-Hour ChiWalking Clinic you’ll learn simple techniques, called form focuses, to improve posture, alignment, and energy flow, helping you walk with more ease and less strain!

What You Can Expect:
> A focus on the basic movement principles to become an efficient walker.
> To receive direct instruction, support and guidance from Sarah to help you correctly body sense the ChiWalking form focuses.
> A transformation in your relationship with your body and your practice by appreciating what’s working and how to make any improvements.
> The beginning, or continued maintenance, of your health kick!

This is a perfect fit if you:
> Are a recreational walker who wants to learn proper technique and experience some guided practice.
> Are familiar with the ChiWalking concepts and want to make sure you’re doing it right.
> Want to age healthfully, gracefully and want to safely age with your walking practice.
> Want direct access to a Master Instructor to ask all of the questions and clarify your focuses

The Rise And Shine Running Studio is just off of Interstate 89 in Bethel, VT and inside the Green Mountain Commerce Center. There is plenty of onsite parking.

The cancellation Policy for this Rise And Shine Running event hosted by Sarah Richardson includes 2 options:

1) Full Cancellation: You will receive a refund of your registration payment minus a $25 processing fee.
2) Deferment: You will be able to reschedule to a future workshop with Sarah Richardson within one year with no penalty. If you do not attend within one year, you forfeit your registration fee.
