In celebration of National Walking Day, join Master Instructor Marc Waxman along with Instructors Mike Weintraub and Shannon Smith for a free one-hour Introduction to ChiWalking. Whether you are a fitness walker already, want to manage or release weight, are rehabilitating after illness or injury, or want to stay active while you age, ChiWalking will help you reach your personal goals, including looking and feeling better than ever.

Learn about the two main themes of energy efficiency and injury prevention; the T’ai Chi principles of Needle in Cotton (Alignment & Relaxation), moving from your center, and cooperating with the forces of nature; learn about postural and directional alignment; gradual progress, and ChiWalking as a mindful practice.

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
