In this workshop you will learn the essential foundation skills for your ChiWalking Technique.
You will be guided through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiWalking technique feels like in your body. We won’t be doing a lot of walking. The focus will be on building a solid base of knowledge that you will carry forward in your walking program. Come and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you walk in balance for the rest of your life.
Create balance in your body and yourself with ChiWalking. ChiWalking will teach you to move from your center, your core, and not use your legs to walk!! You’ll learn proper body alignment and movement techniques that will give you a powerful sense of balance and stability, as well as relaxation and spaciousness in your body and mind.

This class with be online, via zoom, for two consecutive Saturdays, with instructors: Chris Fuller and Beth Cline. Each class with be 75 minutes ~ an hour of instruction with 15 minutes for Q & A.
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop within one year with no penalty.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
