Improvement Through Recovery

Less than 3 years since my first ever ChiRunning workshop, 2.5 years since I first ran outside, and 2 years since my first 5k (and my 60th birthday) , I have now run two half marathons (PR of 1:44 and placed third in my age group in the SF First 1/2, which was top 3% “age rated” out of 8,000 participants). I have had one running related injuries, but ChiRunning helped me improve as I recovered. I am so grateful to you all—for the opportunity to be out there, running, smiling and feeling good.
