Greetings! I look forward to sharing with you the Chi Running/Walking technique that has made such an impact on my life. If you have tried running at times but quit because of injury (like I did) or because it was too difficult, then check this out! Or maybe you are looking for some exercise to ‘get off the couch’?

After years of on and off running that usually led to knee pain, a work mate suggested I check out Chi Running. I was in a rural community with no workshops around, so I read the book and started the journey and have been enjoying that practise since 2014. I’m a middle-of-the pack runner and it feels wonderful to be part of a race trying to ‘breathe and relax’ and focus on the Chi Running forms. I keep achieving personal bests each year in various distances, so I guess I still have room to grow. That’s the beauty of this practise!
