I’m delighted to share the Chi Running and Chi Walking techniques that have had such a positive impact on my life. If you’ve tried running before but stopped because of injury, discomfort, or because it simply felt too hard, you’re not alone. That was my experience too.

After years of on-and-off running that often led to knee pain, a coworker suggested I explore Chi Running. Living in a rural community without workshops nearby, I began by reading the book and practising on my own. Since 2014, it has completely changed my relationship with movement and running.

I’m not an elite athlete, just an enthusiastic middle-of-the-pack runner who loves the feeling of moving with greater ease, relaxation, and awareness. One of the joys of this practice is that there is always room to grow. Each year I continue to improve while enjoying the journey more deeply.

Chi Running and Chi Walking combine mindful movement, posture, and efficient technique to help people move with less strain and more enjoyment. Whether your goal is to run a race, return from injury, improve your walking, or simply become more active and energized, these practices can help.
