So happy to see you here and that you have an interest in learning more about ChiRunning® and ChiWalking®!
Healthy living was not something I practiced all my life, even as I worked as a nurse. It wasn’t until my late 20s that I decided to take up running for fun being inspired by a co-worker who had just completed the Boston Marathon and I figured that if she can do it, so can I.
I mainly ran to just finish but it did help relieve stress from my job as a nurse and led me to other healthier habits. I believe that practicing these habits over the years helped my body survive the septic shock that resulted after a surgical complication in 2018 when 80% of people experiencing do not. I believe movement helps not just your physical strength but also your mental strength to get through adversities that inevitably come your way.
This is why I am passionate about teaching the ChiRunning® and ChiWalking® techniques and am excited to show you how you can move with more efficiency and less injuries!
