Appassionato podista da più di 25 anni, ChiRunner dal 2009 e Istruttore ChiRunning da ottobre 2021. Dal 2019 mi sono affacciato al mondo del triathlon e tuttora mi alleno in tutte e tre le discipline. La corsa rimane comunque la mia grande passione e diventando Istruttore ChiRunning vorrei aiutare altre persone ad avvicinarsi o riavvicinarsi a questo fantastico sport.

Passionate runner for more than 25 years, ChiRunner since 2009 and ChiRunning instructor since october 2021. Since 2019 I joined the world of triathlon and I am still training all three disciplines.
