During this interactive online walk workshop, we will explore ways to walk with less stress on your body, with decreased injury risk and with less physical effort. Over the course of three weeks you’ll begin to feel what form changes can do for you. This class is for all levels of walkers and for anyone who wants to improve their form. The weekly format enables you to practice the material in between sessions with specific Form Focus assignments, and bring questions back to class each week.This includes:• Chi Walking versus Power Walking• How to move from your center (dantien) as in T’ai Chi• Injury Prevention Techniques• Personal Check-in Tricks and Tools• Pre-walk Body Looseners• Core Muscle Drills and Exercises**This class will be co-taught by fellow Chi Instructor, Beth Cline! ***
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
