Focusing on your running form will help prevent injuries while creating a mindful practice you’ll want to maintain which becomes a way of life. In this 4-hour workshop you’ll learn what it feels like to move in a more effortless, efficient way while having a great time doing so!
We’ll touch on the principles of ChiRunning, have some fun drills, move our bodies and offer take-aways which will leave you ready to create your own sustainable running/walking practice. Key points:

Be prepared to take a few brief runs, but nothing major. Dress appropriately for the weather as we will be outside for portions of the workshop. There will be a ten-minute break in the session but we'll be focused and stay on task to cover all of the amazing ChiRunning Principles and Techniques in our 4-hour workshop. Bring along a notebook and pen, a snack and some water - and be ready to HAVE FUN! Ample on-site parking.
ChiRunning with Andrea Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Fees are non-refundable, however, registration may be deferred to another workshop with Andrea within one year if cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation after the 48-hour window or a no-show the day of the workshop will result in forfeit of all fees without deferment (unless due to extenuating circumstances such as illness. Contact Andrea to discuss as soon as possible).
