Discover how sound biomechanics, improved posture and using your core helps you move with less effort¬ in a way that is good for your whole body.
In this class you will learn the essential foundation skills for your Chi Walking practice. You will be guided through exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the Chi Walking technique feels like in your body.
