Run Aligned ChiRunning Retreats for Women
Embark on a journey to find joy through redefining running with mind-body alignment at one of our Run Aligned 6-Day Retreats in picturesque Wyoming.
This retreat will give you an experience of a lifetime. Join Stine on three (3) runs with breathtaking, striking views and reignite your love for running. Learn ChiRunning form and feel the transformational power of ‘running aligned body and mind.’ Experience spectacular views in Wyoming at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. Learn the tools to create a mind-body connection while running, which you will be able to take home and implement while running at home.
Non running events included: paddle boarding on mountain lake, yoga sessions, one complimentary massage, two wellness workshops by experts (pelvic floor health and foot health), a trip to a nearby natural hot spring with the opportunity to soak, buffalo sighting in a nearby state park (Thermopolis). After five days, you will feel renewed, relaxed, energized, and you will make some lifelong friends. And most importantly, you’ll finally feel joyful and love running again.
Meals: All meals, snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) are included. We customize meals to participants preferences.

Schedule: Sunday arrival, meet and greet, circle ceremony, dinner. Monday: ChiRunning workshop and one wellness workshop. Runs are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday early morning to avoid the heat. Yoga Tuesday and Thursday mid morning. Friday departure by noon (breakfast included). Excursions are sprinkled in but allowing for daily downtime to integrate the experience.
Group size: These retreats are capped at 6 participants to maximize 1:1 instructions as well as create a customizable experience.
Terrain: trails and dirt roads. Good shoes are a must.
Pace: Pace free runs. Stopping often to take pictures of the beautiful scenery is encouraged.
About your host Stine Turgeon: Stine is a certified ChiWalking and ChiRunning instructor, an Oxygen Advantage instructor and a mindset coach. She experienced the transformative power of incorporating ChiRunning into her running and now teaches other women runners how to do the same.

Cancelation deadline for each retreat is 90 days before the retreat start date. Prior to the cancelation deadline, registered participants can receive a refund less a $500 non-refundable deposit. Because of the investment of time and money into planning the retreat and securing lodging, guest speakers, etc., we are unable to issue any refunds after the cancelation deadline of 90 days before the retreat start date.
Upon registration you will receive a waiver of liability to be signed electronically and returned to me.
