This workshop is for runners of all abilities – anyone who is interested in running more efficiently and with less stress on the body. Paul will be guiding you through various exercises and drills so that you will leave with a clear sense of the joy of Chi Running. Not in the best shape? No worries! We won’t be going for any long runs. It’s a fairly relaxed and fun afternoon. Join us and learn a holistic technique for running “pain free with less effort”.
There's a parking area at the end of Hallowell Rd, where we will meet and then walk to Portage Park itself. Bring your water bottle and a smile!
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
