Little Church on the Lane (meet in parking lot)

We will meet in the parking lot and do lessons, drills and move around the neighborhood to a park.
We will be not doing distance running in this class.
The goal is to help you with your form and understanding of how to run in a way that is easier on your body and prevents common running injuries.
So, you can run for as long as you can.

If there is severe weather and we cannot meet, I will refund your money.
