1/2 Day Family ChiRunning Workshop

The ChiRunning technique applies principles from Tai Chi to the sport of running. ChiRunning is a time tested, science backed technique based on reducing injury while improving efficiency.
Whether you are a High School athlete, seasoned marathon runner or simply beginning a walk to run program, this workshop will benefit you! Participants will learn how their running technique dictates how stress goes through their body. Efficient running creates less stress on your body and requires less effort. Developing an efficient running technique is essential to restore or sustain your running practice. This workshop will give you the tools to practice efficient running (ChiRunning).

The Family that runs together stays together. Each paying adult is invited to bring a family member under the age of 18 for FREE!!!

This ChiRunning Workshop will take you through 3 steps to start developing the skills necessary for efficient pain-free running:
1. Understand the efficiency of ChiRunning.
2. Feel the efficiency of ChiRunning in your own body.
3. Guided Practice of ChiRunning

Notes to participants: We will be outdoors. Please dress in layers appropriate for the day’s weather. Feel free to bring water and a snack. Call Vince at 603-520-8268 with any workshop questions.

Rain Date - Sunday May 21st, 2023

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
