Workshop Description

In this workshop you will learn the basic components of the ChiWalking technique. You will be guided through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiWalking technique feels like in your body. You will not be doing lots of walking (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you’re in, have no fear. The day will alternate between direct instruction, demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills… Our goal is to keep it relaxed, engaging, personalized and inspiring.

Your 3 Main Focuses will be clarified for you before you leave, so you will know exactly what to focus on first!

Notes to participants: We will be indoors and outdoors. Please dress in layers appropriate for the day’s weather. Feel free to bring water and a snack. Call Vince at 603-520-8268 with any workshop questions.

In this workshop, walkers and runners will be together to learn the foundational practices of ChiWalking before discussing the option of Chi Walk-Run. A perfect way to gently build a safe and sustainable running practice. You’ll have fluid options to learn these life enhancing skills.

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
