This workshop is perfect for both beginners and seasoned runners. It is not physically challenging. We will go through all the basics of an efficient, joyful run. Video analysis of your running form is available as an add on once you register.
All refunds will include a withdrawal of CHF 15 for administrative fees.
If you cancel 2 weeks before the workshop you will get a refund or the possibility of rescheduling for a future date.
If you cancel within the 2 weeks before the workshop you will not get a refund but can reschedule for a future workshop.
