ChiRunning and ChiWalking Workshop

This is a gym across Providence Road from Myers Park Presbyterian.

Join this transformative ChiRunning and ChiWalking workshop, where you'll unlock the secrets to injury-free movement to optimize your running, walking, and overall exercise routines.During this 3 hour workshop, we will have class time to cover the ChiRunning form and philosophy, then practice the technique with engaging drills, and light running and walking so you can body sense the new form. We will close with an optional video analysis by the master instructor which will provide personalized insights into refining your form.You will leave the workshop with lifetime tips, when put into practice, that will enable you to glide effortlessly as you walk and run, sidestepping fatigue and common injuries like back pain, hip strains, knee issues, IT band problems, hamstring strains, and foot pain. These tips will also enhance your racing.This workshop caters to every fitness level. Don't miss the chance to stride confidently towards a healthier, injury-free you in 2024!

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
