90 minute workshop to restore your best running posture, implementing the ChiRunning philosophy and RUNhabX techniques & corrective exercises using these modalities:

– HiiTMill (a unique and highly functional self powered incline treadmill)
– Powerplate (a vibrating surface actually forces your body to not only fight against regular gravity but also fight against vibrations used by Serena Williams and Mark Wahlberg
– pliability resistance/assistance

Core Fitness is a boutique private training studio with state of the art fitness equipment where fitness pros workout and work out their clients. So if you are looking to take your workout to the next level, this event is for you!

Check in at 9:15am and clinic begins at 9:30am

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
