I want to share my joy at being able to run nearly 10 miles today. This is the farthest I’ve ever run at one time in my life, and I feel great.
After taking the ChiRunning course at Kripalu in May I was thrilled to try out the methods we learned. I purchased the new ChiRunning audio program and downloaded the guided sessions onto an MP3 player to use during today’s run. It was helpful to hear about the focuses and practice them during the run. I felt less fatigued during the second half of the run than I did during the first half of the run. Thank you!
