Here’s a picture of my sister, Joyce Elliott, and my niece, Jennie Collins, with Danny at the Chicago Expo. They both set PR’s (Jennie took 26 minutes off her time and finished in 3:45 and Joyce took 6 minutes off her time in her 2nd marathon and finished in 4:48.) Joyce attended Danny’s talk on Sat. morning and here’s a quote that you can share:
“Listening to Danny’s talk on Saturday really helped! I kept ‘stretching my crown to the sky’, and refreshing my form at each mile…I needed to…it really helped by engaging my core I’m sure…’let the lean be your gas pedal’….I kept that mantra going too!”
