This 10-week program is designed for exactly where you are right now, whether you’ve never run a step in your life, you’re a walker ready to make the leap, or you’ve tried running before and your body said no thanks. ChiRunning’s technique-first approach means you’re not just training to finish a 10K– you’re learning to run in a way that actually feels good.
In 10 weeks, you’ll:

In this booklet, we have two programs you can choose from. Two programs, one goal: Choose the Run/Walk track if you’re coming from walking, or the Run-Only track if you’re ready to run from the start. Both use Chi Form Focuses and Gradual Progress to carry you across that finish line.
