The 10K Intermediate Training Program is designed for runners who have run a 10K before and have a foundation in ChiRunning– whether from the book, DVD, a workshop, or our 10K Beginner program. If either of those are new to you, we recommend starting with our Chi 10K Beginner Training Program first.
In 8 weeks, you’ll:
- Build aerobic and cardiovascular endurance
- Develop efficient form that takes the stress off your body
- Train progressively– no pushing through pain, just a gradual build your body can handle
- Show up to race day feeling confident and prepared for any challenge you may face on the course
Unlike most training programs that only focus on distance, this program combines race-specific training with technique-based training that actually makes you a better, more efficient runner, so you’re not just able to cross the finish line, but you feel good getting there.
Best used alongside the ChiRunning Book & DVD, which this program references throughout each weekly lesson.
