ChiRunning made such a tremendous impact on Maryann’s life she became an instructor! Committed to healthy living and running from the inside out, Maryann feels privileged to impart the techniques and wisdom developed by Danny Dreyer. She attributes the success of her six marathons – completed from 55-65 years old, to ChiRunning! She teaches in Central New York. In addition to her running practice, Maryann is the retired CEO of the largest cancer practice in CNY and is an author, Reiki Master & certified heart centered hypnotherapist.
