I started running when I was in high school. I walked onto my college cross country team and earned a traveling spot my freshman year. Post college I started to compete in triathlons, and I also enjoy running trail and road races. Every year my Ragnar team competes in a different trail relay. In June 2022 we are running the Ragnar Colorado Trail Relay.

When I was in my early 40’s I was diagnosed with cancer. After completing all the treatments and surgeries I wanted to do something to help others. I became a cycling instructor in 2009 and then added TRX and yoga. In 2019 I met Danny Dryer when I was in Asheville for ChiRunning training and he suggested that I become an instructor. I’m grateful to all the Master ChiRunning instructors who have helped me along my journey too become an instructor and I’m looking forward to sharing ChiRunning with you!
