I began running in my late twenties and since I’m a “senior” runner, this was back in the’70’s. By the mid 1990’s I suffered hip and lower back injuries and thought I’d never run again. My youngest daughter introduced me to ChiRunning/ChiWalking and slowly, I was able to rebuild my love of running. This running method enables you to run free and loose. For me, it is very meditative and the feeling of “floating” is energizing.
Once I started the Chi Method, I wanted to continue and learn as much as possible. Now, it will be my sincere pleasure to share this with you.
