This workshop is for runners of all abilities – anyone who is interested in running more efficiently and with less stress on the body. Paul will be guiding you through various exercises and drills so that you will leave with a clear sense of the joy of Chi Running. Not in the best shape? No worries! We won’t be going for any long runs. It’s a fairly relaxed and fun morning. Join us and learn a holistic technique for running “pain free with less effort”.
We will meet at the parking lot on the corner of Wall St. and Millstream Parkway - across the street from the Curling Club. (Google Maps: Wall Street Parking Lot) There is a washroom at the site. We will be outdoors, so dress accordingly. Bring your water and let’s have fun!
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
