ChiRunning Level Il Half-Day Workshop with Master Instructor Ed Malley

LEVEL ll Get a Technique Tuneup and Learn the Next Level of Efficiency!
As you learned in the first workshop, ChiRunning combines movement principles from T’ai Chi with the sport of running, allowing you to run more efficiently and with less impact. This Level ll workshop will review and build on those principles with additional techniques and drills. The review will serve as the warm up, which will include a video analysis, and then we’ll get right to the drills. The nature of the day will be relaxed, fun and inspiring.
Key techniques to be covered:
• Maximizing Use of Core Strength Through:
• Hip Rotation
• Fascia: It’s Role and How To Put It To Use
• Advanced Breathing
• Running and Your Dantien (Center of Mass)
• Core Muscle Drills and Exercises

Please note that the ChiRunning Level l workshop is a prerequisite.

This workshop includes a video review of where you are now with your Chi Running, the Level ll concepts and techniques, plus the latest developments in Chi Running's approach to efficient movement. Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
